Catering Cost
Glass plates, flatware, white cloth napkins, serving trays & pieces are provided at no additional charge.
Food: Priced per person and includes all you can eat on buffets. A minimum Expenditure of $500.00 for food is required on all full service catering orders.
Service: Billed at $15.50 per hour per waiter. Estimate is based on menu, number of guests, time allotted for setup, service of the party, clean up, and travel time to and from party location. A minimum of one supervisor is scheduled per event. Supervisors are billed at $30.00 per hour. Supervisors oversee setup and initial service.
Tax and Fees: Tax is charged on total bill. Tax rate charged is the rate of the county in which the event takes place. Every event is subject to a 5% event support and damage fee.
