From the very beginning, Lauren helped us curate a thoughtful, well rounded menu that was sure to please a variety of wedding guests. She even helped us select a number of unique Gulf Coast classics to wow our out of town friends and family. We then met with David for the tasting who further enhanced our menu selections and walked us through the best layout and flow for the reception.
David and the team have so much experience in the industry that despite weather concerns on the day of the wedding, I had absolutely no worries. David called a couple days in advance to assure me that there was a back-up plan in place and that I didn’t have to worry about a thing – and I didn’t!
