Oakleigh and Adam

SUPER HEROES!!! Taryn and her team from Classic City Catering “saved the day” in so many ways to ensure Oakleigh and Adam’s wedding experience was “out of this world”! The CCC Team swooped in (punctually!) to transform the historic Palafox House event space: first with a lovely traditional arrangement for the ceremony where every seat in the house felt close enough to appreciate the intimacy of Oakleigh and Adam’s exchange of vows. Next, with an inviting Cocktail Hour in the bar area where drinks (including the couple’s signature cocktail) were served by the charming and capable bar staff, as delicately prepared and elegantly presented hors d’oeuvres were circulated by attentive and pleasant waiters.

As guests enjoyed the Cocktail Hour, the CCC Team noiselessly transitioned the Palafox House event space from ceremony to reception as formal photography by Geoff Peck Creative Service took place with the family. The efforts by the CCC Super Hero staff—especially their attention to detail—set the stage for the hours of fun that ensued.

In addition to a beautifully staged Macaroni and Cheese Station, two Chef-attended stations offered well-curated exquisite small plates that were a gourmet highlight for guests. The traditional wedding cake was enhanced by a truly unique two-tier groom’s King Cake delivered fresh, all the way from the Calandro’s family supermarket bakery in Baton Rouge, Louisiana.

As the celebration continued, guests enjoyed the sounds and lights from Pensacola’s own DJ Hale who kept the party rolling until the bride and groom departed under the light of the year’s first new moon, bound for a European honeymoon in Amsterdam, Brussels, and London—a fairytale ending to a perfect day, made possible with help from the Super Heroes of Classic City Catering!
