From frozen to fruity to on the rocks, here are two margarita recipes to enjoy this summer from our Bar Manager Tod.
Frozen Strawberry Margaritas
From Tod Bancells, Classic City Catering; servings, 4
6 ounces Patron Tequila
2 ounces Gran Gala
8 ounces slice strawberries
4 ounces frozen limeade concentrate
Blend with Ice until smooth. Rim glass with sugar
From Tod Bancells, Classic City Catering
1 part Grand Marnier
1 part tequila
1 part fresh squeezed lime juice
Add all parts to Shaker tin filled with chopped ice. Shake well and strain into martini glass. Rimmed with sugar.
